Fees
The daily fee schedule includes scheduling and administering the session, preparation for the mediation, conducting the mediation session, lunch and refreshments for all in attendance (full day mediation), and all expenses incurred by the mediator.
Cancellation
Fee: In the event a scheduled mediation is cancelled, for any reason, within seven (7) business days of the date on which it is set,
a cancellation fee will be assessed to the party responsible.
