Mediation

Mediation is a fair and efficient process in which an impartial facilitator actively assists the parties in resolving their disputes and reaching a voluntary, negotiated agreement.  As a certified Mediator trained in the art and skill of settling disputes, Ingeuneal C. Gray is available to mediate private and court appointed mediations in the areas of construction, employment, and business contract disputes.  Ms. Gray is committed to helping parties discuss their differences and work out their own solutions to problems.  Through joint meetings and caucuses ICG’s objective is to help parties identify and clarify issues of concern and ultimately remove the barriers to a mutual settlement.
